Plain-English terms for using Boss Visuals HQ (the app) and booking Boss Visuals LLC (we, us). Using the app means you agree to these. Last updated September 2026.
Bookings & pricing
Prices in the app are our standard rates; every estimate and booking total includes 8.25% Texas sales tax, and the price is confirmed on site before work starts. Anything unusual (masonry, unsafe wiring, extra height, parts we didn't plan for) is quoted before we touch it — you can always say no. A deposit of 25% is collected at booking and comes off your final total. Trip charges outside College Station are $100.00 per 30 minutes of drive time beyond the first 20; the app shows this before you confirm.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens. Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment by replying to the calendar invite, messaging JARVIS, or contacting us directly. Inside 24 hours the deposit may be kept to cover the held slot. If we have to move your appointment, your deposit always carries over.
Our work
We mount and install to manufacturer specs and local code. Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year: if a mount, run, or setup we did fails under normal use, we fix it at no charge. Damage caused by product defects, remodeling, moving, or someone else's work isn't covered. We're insured; ask for a certificate any time.
Boss Member
Memberships bill monthly through Stripe, cancel any time from your Account tab, and perks apply from the day you join until the end of your paid period. Discounts don't stack with other discounts — you automatically get whichever is bigger. Check-up visits are scheduled with you and don't roll over.
Boss Points & Rewards
Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and can be adjusted if a booking is cancelled or refunded. Reward items ship with your next visit or by arrangement; credits apply automatically at booking. We may change point values and rewards going forward, never retroactively for points you already earned.
Boss Coin ($BV) — please read
$BV is a community token on the Solana blockchain. It is a fun way to be part of the Boss Visuals family. It is not an investment, a security, a currency we sell, or a promise of any return. The app only reads the balance of a wallet you choose to link; it never holds, sends, swaps, or has access to your coins or keys. Buying, selling or holding any token is your decision and your risk: liquidity is small, prices can move sharply, and you could lose everything you put in. Holder perks (badges, Boss Points bonuses) are gifts from us for being part of the community and can change at any time. Nothing in this app or our Telegram is financial advice.
Accounts
You're responsible for what happens under your login. We can suspend accounts that abuse points, referrals, or our crew. See the privacy policy for what we store.
SMS terms
By providing your mobile number when booking, you consent to receive appointment text messages from Boss Visuals LLC (the registered brand) at that number: booking confirmations, deposit reminders, appointment reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can still book by email or phone. Message frequency varies by your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
