What Boss Visuals HQ stores about you, why, and who sees it. Short version: only what we need to show up at the right house at the right time, and we don't sell any of it.
What we keep
Your name, email, phone and service address (so we can book and reach you); your bookings, estimates, notes you write for the crew, and photos our crew takes of completed work; your Boss Points, credits, referrals and rewards; Boss Member status (billing itself is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number); JARVIS chat history (so he remembers your thread and so a human can follow up); and, if you link a wallet, its public address and Boss Coin balance — never keys, never other holdings.
Who sees it
Jordan and the Boss Visuals crew assigned to your job. Our providers, only to run the app: Supabase (database and login), Google (sign-in and calendar invites — the invite contains your address and services), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google AI (powers JARVIS replies; chats are sent without your account details beyond what you type), and public Solana RPC / Raydium (to read coin balances and prices). No ad networks, no data brokers.
Your choices
Edit your details in the Account tab. Unlink your wallet or hide yourself from the holder board on the Boss Coin page. Cancel Boss Member any time. To delete your account and data, message JARVIS or email bossvisualsllc@gmail.com and we'll do it within 7 days (bookings we're legally required to keep for accounting stay in our books).
Text messages (SMS)
When you book with Boss Visuals LLC and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Boss Visuals LLC: booking confirmations, deposit reminders, appointment reminders (about 24 hours and 2 hours before), and notices if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. Message frequency varies with your bookings (typically 2–5 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help, or text or email us using the contact below. We do not send marketing texts.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent are used only to deliver the messages above and are stored by Boss Visuals LLC and our messaging provider (Twilio) for that purpose. See our SMS terms.
